摘    要:为提高PBX炸药能量输出,提出以粘度和硬度为主要衡量指标的正交试验,对实验数据进行拟合,分析变化规律,优化了PBX炸药用粘结体系. 并对优化前后PBX炸药进行水下爆炸对比实验,结果表明:PBX炸药优化粘结体系质量配比为HTPB:DBP: TDI:TPB=50:50:4.6:0.06,粘结体系优化PBX炸药水下爆炸总能量增加了0.13倍TNT当量,总能量达到2.1倍TNT当量,该研究获得了提高PBX炸药能量的一种新方法.

Abstract:Orthogonal test taking the viscosity and hardness for measuring performance index was proposed to optimize the bonding system and improve energy output of PBX. Test results of the underwater explosion with PBX optimized show that the ratio of binders is HTPB/DBP/IPDI/TPB=50:50:4.6:0.06, and the energy of explosive is 1.13 times the original TNT equivalent. The optimization of bonding system is a new method to improve the energy of PBX.
