环剥促进大花栀子花芽分化的生理机理研究

以生长于重庆缙云山北坡海拔７５０ｍ的３０年生大花栀子（Ｇａｒｄｅｎｉａｊａｓｍｉｎｏｉｄｅｓｖａｒ．ｇｒａｎｄｆｌｏｒａ）为材料,研究了环剥促进花芽分化的效应及其所引起的叶片内一些生理生化变化．结果表明,环剥的枝条平均成花率为对照的１４７倍;叶片内内源激素ＺＲ／ＧＡ的比值明显提高;环剥显著的提高了叶片内总糖的含量,降低了总氮的含量,使Ｃ／Ｎ比显著提高．环剥促花是通过内源激素促进糖类等营养物质在叶片及芽内积累,提高了Ｃ／Ｎ比,从而促进成花．

Study on mechanisms of girdling favoured flower bud differentiation in Gardenia jasminoides var. grandifloral

The seedlings of thirty year old Gardenia jasminoides var. grandiflora in Jin Yun Mountain were used as materials in the experiment.The mechanisms of girdling favored flowering and some physiological effects in leaves were studied.The results of girdling were as follows:Girdling favors flowering.The girdling twigs have 1 47 times as many flowers as that of control twigs.The ratio of ZR/GA has significantly increased.At the same time,girdling make the sugar contents increased evidently,but the contents of total N decreased.The changes of sugar and total N make the ratio of C/N increased evidently.The results show:that girdling favor flowering because endogenous hormones favor nutrition,such as sugar,accumulating in bud and leaves,and make C/N ratio increased evidently.
