| 摘 要： | 本文分析了青海省水资源分布特点及开发利用中存在的主要问题，提出了统一规划，合理开发利用水资源；跨流域调水；建立节水型生产体系与社会；加强水资源管理和保护；建立合理的水资源价格体系等水资源可持续利用的措施和途径。 |
