中性条件下MSU-1介孔分子筛及其杂原子衍生物的合成与表征

摘    要:以月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚为模板剂,在中性条件下成功地合成了具有MSU-1结构的介孔分子筛及其Fe、Cu、Ti、Co、Cr和Zr等杂原子取代的衍生物.考察了合成条件(模板剂浓度、反应温度和NaF浓度)对MSU-1分子筛结构的影响,并用XRD、SEM和FT-IR等手段对合成的样品进行了表征.

Abstract:MSU-1 mesoporous molecular sieve and its Fe,Cu,Ti,Co,Cr and Zr derivatives were synthesized using lauryl alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether(23) as a templating agent under the neutral pH conditions and were characterized by XRD,FT-IR and SEM.Effects of the synthesis parameters such as surfactant/SiO_2 ratio, NaF/SiO_2 ratio and synthesis temperature on the structural properties of MSU-1 were studied.
