基于Top-Hat预处理和小波能量分析的车牌定位算法

摘    要:针对车牌定位不准的问题,提出一种新的数学形态学变换结合小波分析的车牌快速定位方法。该方法对Top-Hat变换图像二值化,然后分别在水平与垂直方向投影,在对投影信号进行一维小波分析的基础上,利用小波多分辨率特性结合车牌位置信息来缩小搜索范围,从而提高了定位精度和实时性。对多幅图像利用该算法进行车牌定位,平均定位时间0.125 s,与其他几种常见算法进行仿真试验比较表明,该算法具有较好的实时性和鲁棒性。

Abstract:A new license location algorithm based on mathematical morphology and wavelet transform was provided to solve the problem of inaccuracy.Firstly,the interference of background was deduced by using Top-Hat transform.Then,the signal of binary picture projection was analyzed by wavelet transform.The location accuracy and real-time had been increased by reducing the search field with license position information.By this algrithm,the mean time of location is 0.125 s,the emulative experiment results demonstrated that the method has better location accuracy and robustness.
