大茴香有效成分提取条件优化研究

摘    要:采取水蒸气蒸馏法和索氏提取法,分别对大茴香提取从时间、破碎度、料剂比和乙醇浓度等方面进行条件优化,以精油的得率为指标,选用正交表L9(34)设计三因素三水平九个实验.结果表明:索氏提取法优于水蒸气蒸馏法,且在索氏提取法中,将大茴香干果粉碎过20目筛,加10倍量95%乙醇,回流提取3h,得油率最高,可达0.185%。

Abstract:Experimental studies on the Extraction of lllicium verum Hook.f.testify the advantage of effective ingredients with various methods of extraction,and provide the necessary data,thought and method with further research of temperature,time of extract and the ratio of solid to liquid,by the method of orthogonal design,and with the dry extract as index to make out the best combinations.The result showed that the the lllicium verum was crashing and soaked in 95% alcohol for 3 hours(1glllicium verum in 10 ml 95% alcohol)by Soxhlet extraction mothed.So the best method we got maybe can replace the Extract method for other kinds of effective ingredients.
