经济制度的特性分析

生产力要求的唯一性与生产关系形式构建的多样性之间的矛盾，构成了生产力决定关系、生产关系反作用于生产力的辩证关系的基本特征。这一基本特征的形成来自于生产关系不仅具有客观性，同时也具观性。而任何一个社会的经济基础只能以经济制度作为存在形式，因此这也是经济制度先天具备的辩证特性。并且这种适应了生产力需要的经济制度只能借助政权的力量形成，从而不可避免地具有本来意义的政治形式。但并不能因此就得出上层建筑决定经济基础的错误结论。

An Analysis of the Characteristics of Economic Institution

There exists a conflict between the exclusive nature of productive forces and the diversity of shapes of production relations,which forms the fundamental characteristic of the dialectic relationship that productive forces determines relations of production and that production relations counteract upon productive forces.Relations of production possess a nature of objectivity,and at the same time,it is also a result of arbitrary choice.Thus a conflict arises.Nevertheless,every economic base will have to take on a specific economic institution as its existing form,and this is an innate nature of any economic institution.Furthermore,the forming of an economic institution,despite the fact that it well meets the needs of an economy,can only be done with the power of a political regime.An inevitable result is that an economic institution is actually a political form in its true sense.However,conclusion can not be thus made that superstructure determines economic base.
