“半导体物理”重点课程建设与教学探讨

摘    要:重点课程建设的核心是教学内容与课程体系的建设。"半导体物理"教学实践中,本课程所涉及先修课程多、理论性强、学生不易掌握,教学模式单一,半导体物理学科领域发展迅速,教材内容更新较慢,针对这些特点,结合学校微电子专业建设重点课程的需要,我们作了切实可行的建设和改革,各章节教学内容强调前置课程的储备,将理论与实验、教学手段多样化融为一体,培养学生的积极性与创新意识.

Abstract:The core of key course constructions is consist of content and course system construction. Based on the features and problems occurred in the teaching practice of "semiconductor physics",together with the need from constructions of key courses within microelectronics major in the school,the article makes feasible construction and revolution,combining the theory and experiment of various teaching,to train the activity and creative mind of students.
