| 摘 要： | 本文先对道路限速需要考虑的因素，包括：道路交通相关法规，交通组成及其车速特点，空间因素，时间因素进行分析，得出限速标准及其优化步骤，在此基础上，进一步得到限速方案优化表及限速方案组合对应表。
