| Abstract: | The main target of this paper is to analyze the present predicament existing in the corporation reform. Relying on the theory of concurrent engineering, the authors offer three solutions: (1) to coordinate macroeconomic reform with microeconomic reform; (2) to create an concurrent environment within corporations; and (3) to focus the attention on human factors, not on technology. |
