应用单片机控制的感应加热电源频率跟踪调功方式

摘    要:本文主要对感应加热电源的调功方式进行了研究。由于感应加热过程中负载等效参数随温度而变化和加热工艺的需要,感应加热电源需要对负载进行功率调节。针对几种常用的功率调节方式进行比较的基础上,本文提出了一种应用单片机控制的频率跟踪调节方法。这一开发使用PWM控制器SG3525A和数字电位器X9312WP实现,控制电路简单可靠,整机效率高,大大降低能耗。
