| 摘 要： | 科学发展观与民法理念在发展主题、价值取向、终极目标上具有高度的一致性。在深入贯彻落实科学发展观的过程中，不仅要充分发挥民法的重要作用，而且要以科学发展观的精髓为指导，理清理念、正视不足和差距，及时完善立法和推进司法。民法只有在科学发展观的统领下，坚持自己的基本原理，吸纳先进文化，才能完成中国特色礼会主义事业所赋予的历史使命。

| Abstract: | The Scientific Outlook on Development and the idea of civil law enjoy a great consistency in developing themes, values and final aims. During the course of implementing scientific outlook on development, we should make full advantages of civil law and, under the guide of scientific outlook on development, sort out our ideas, face up to our deficiency and disparity in order to improve legislation and judicature. Only under the direction of scientific outlook on development, can civil law adhere to its principle, adopt advanced culture and achieve its historical mission endowed by the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. |
