| 摘 要： | 学科建设和发展是新建本科高校亟待解决的大问题。本文通过对学科和专业概念的剖析，反思了新建本科高校学科建设中存在的问题，提出了新建本科高校学科建设的规范化、合理模式、组织建设、队伍建设的意见和建议。
