南阳理工学院二年级学生课余阳光体育活动的调查分析

通过问卷调查法和文献资料法,对南阳理工学院二年级学生课余参加阳光体育活动状况进行调研分析,目的是为我院继续推进阳光体育活动,提供组织与管理决策上的客观依据。凋研结果表明：我院二年级学生喜欢参加阳光体育活动的人数比例达到了91．7％,参加阳光体育活动主要动机是增进身体健康、愉悦身心和缓解压力;学生平均每周课余参加阳光体育活动次数达到3次或3次以上的人数比例和每次活动时间达到1小时左右的人数比例分别为54％和57．4％;学生在参加阳光体育活动的项目选择和活动场所选择上具有明显的性别特征,但在参加阳光体育活动形式选择上没有表现出明显的性别特征;体育场馆、器材相对不足和学生课业负担重是影响学生参加阳光体育活动的主要因素。

AN INVESTIGATION AND ANALYSIS ON THE SOPHOMORE SUNLIGHT-SPORTS ACTIVITIES IN NANYANG INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY

By means of questionnaire and literature, the author makes an investigation and analysis on the sophomore sunlight-sports activities in Nanyang Institute of Technology. The purpose is providing some references for organizing and managing on our college student sunlight-sports activities. The result indicates that our sophomores by 91.7% participate in sunlight-sports activities with favorable attitudes; main goals of participation are as follows ： health, recreation and releasing tensional emotion; there are sophomores, respectively by 54% and 57.4% , taking three time or more exercises during extracurricular time in average per week and working about an hour per exercise ; selecting of events to sophomore is with obvious sexual symbol, but not the same as selecting of exercising mode ; the mainly negative factors on the sophomore sunlight-sports activities are as follows： deficiency of sports places and equipments, burden on learning.
