经济责任:个人理性与家族理性的不同理解

东西方社会传统责任观念的不同,导致这两种社会中的人在从事经济活动时表现出不同的行为特征。西方社会的责任观念是基于个人理性的“权利责任”观。东方社会尤其是中国社会,由于受儒家传统文化的影响,其责任观念则是“义务责任”观。本文对这两种责任观念进行了必要的分析．并指出家族企业中人们所遵循的家族理性的责任观念是兼容“权利责任”与“义务责任”的责任观。

Economic Responsibility: the Different Understanding of Personal Rationality and Family Rationality

Standpoint of traditional responsibility in oriental societies is differ from those in occidental societies.This results in different behavioral characteristics when people in these two kinds of societies engage in economical actions.Standpoint of responsibility in occidental societies is base on "right responsibility"of personalrationality,however,in oriental societies,especially in China;Confucian traditional culture is dominant,so oriental standpoint of responsibility is "compulsory responsibility".This paper analyses these two standpoints of responsibility,and indicates that standpoint of family-rationality which people of family firms follow should be compatible standpoints of "right responsibility"and "compulsory responsibility".
