摘    要:研究和分析了磨料射流切割机理,由于实际工作中固体颗粒做占比例较小,把磨料两相射流假定为稀疏固液两相流,将固体颗粒假定为伪流体,其运动速度与流体运动速度相同。根据弹性力学的固体接触理论,建立了相应的数学模型,得出了磨料颗粒与材料相接触时的最大接触剪应力公式,从而计算出切割套管所需要的最大剪应力,最后通过实例计算,其结果与现场试验结果相吻合,为该技术不断发展及工艺参数选择提供了理论支撑。

Abstract:Abrasive jet is a jet formed by mixer of a small amount of abrasive particles and water. Oil well downhole abrasive jet slotting technology is a highly new technology for oil well production increase, injection increase of water injector and improving oilfield recovery. According to solid contacting theory of elasticity, mechanism of abrasive jet slotting is studied and correspondent mathematical model is established. And the maximum contacting shearing stress equation is obtained when abrasive granule has a shock with metal material. The computing result is consistent with the test result in situ, which provides theoretical support for continuous development of the technology and selection of technical parameters.
