尼龙纤维增强MDF水泥的力学性能研究

摘    要:制备了以MDF水泥为基体的尼龙纤维增强复合材料并对其力学性能进行了测试,结果表明在MDF水泥基体中加入一尼龙纤维可以有效地提高材料的抗冲击性能,当复合材料中尼龙纤维含量为体积分数 ̄2%时,材料的冲击强度即可达14.25kJm^-2,变曲强度81.2MPa,并对纤维增韧机理以及断裂特性进行了探讨。

Abstract:The preparation and the mechanical properties of nylon fiber reinforced MDF cement composites are reported. The results indicate that small volume fraction of nylon fiber in MDF cement matrix could improve impact performance of the composites. The impact energy of the MDF composite containing volume fractions of fibre 2.12 % Nylon (diameter = 0.23 mm, monfil) is 14.25 kJm -2 , the flexural strength is 81.5 MPa. The mechanism of fiber toughening and fracture performance were discussed.
