塑性加工中的人工智能技术

摘    要:对神经网络和模糊逻辑两种人工智能技术的原理及其在塑性加工生产中的应用方法进行了综述。目前在塑性加工中,神经网络较多地被作为非线性函数映射器,解决各种参量之间难于建模的复杂关系问题;而模糊逻辑则较多地应用于各种专家系统,通过对经验知识和行为进行描述与推理实现生产的优化调控。

Abstract:In this paper, it is summarized that the principle of two kinds of the artificially intellective technologies,neural network and fuzzy logic,and the methods that are applied to production of plastic forming.In recently plastic production,neural network is regarded as reflector of non-linearity function to solve complicated relation problems that we hardly build model among various parameters.Fuzzy logic is much applied to specialist system to be capable of optimizing,controlling and adjusting production through describing and deducing experiential knowledge and action.
