男女大学生运动员台阶无氧功率实验的比较研究

摘    要:对男女大学生短跑运动员徒手及负荷条件下的台阶无氧功率、适宜外加负荷时的最大无氧功率及其相对值等进行了比较研究。结果显示:男子大学生短跑运动员的最大无氧功率及适宜负荷均明显大于女子,且其相对值也是男子明显大于女子。说明排除体重及运动专项等因素对无氧功率的影响,最大无氧功率和适宜负荷的相对值能更好地反映人体的肌肉质量和无氧工作能力,在评定运动训练效果及运动选票中更具有指导意义。

Abstract:The research was made on anaerobic power step-test and its maximum and relative value of anaerobic power with suitable extra load, by comparing male and female student short distance runner. As the result, the maximum of anaerobic power and suitable load of male runner are greater than those of female. And the relative value of anaerobic power is greater too. These results indicate the maximum anaerobic power and the relative value of suitable load can reflect muscle quality and anaerobic physical performance, except for weight and their special event. These results are of guiding significance for judging training effect and selecting a runner.
