CR/ CEVA/ MMA 三元接枝胶粘剂的研制

摘    要:制备一系列不同CEVA含量的CR/CEVA-MMA接枝共聚物,研究CEVA对CR/MMA接枝共聚合的影响,以及CEVA加入量对产物性能的影响,利用红外,差热等现代分析手段对产物进行了表征,结果表明,在接枝体系中引入CEVA,不仅能提高胶粘剂对PVC人造革的剥离强度,且由于CEVA的分子量低,制得的胶液粘度低,可用于涂操作。

Abstract:A series of CR/CEVA-MMA graft copolymers with different CEVA contents were prepared. The effect of CEVA on graft polymerization of CR/MMA and the influence of CEVA content on graft polymers were discussed. IR and DTA were used to characterize the polymerized products. The results showed that the introduction of CEVA into the graft copolymerization system could not only improve the peel strength for PVC leather, but also produce a low viscosity adhesion. It can be used in spray coating operation owning to the low molecular weight.
