| 摘 要： | 根据“土木工程施工合同条件”(FIDIC合同条件)和国际惯例对承包商的时间性的约束条款，分析了时间因素对国际工程承包活动中投标报价与谈判、工程施工、工程保修三个阶段的影响，并提出一些相应的应对措施。

| Abstract: | In the light of constraint time clauses of Condictions of contract for works of civil engineering construction (Federation Internationsale des Ingerieurs conseiles(FIDIC))and intennational convertions on contractor,the thesis analyses the influence of time factors on three periods of biding and negeotiations,constructions and maintenance in international contracted works.It also proposes some relevant measures about it. |
