| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义新农村，构建社会主义和谐社会，为农村基层民主建设提供了新的历史机遇。充分利用当前基层民主建设的契机，使农村基层民主建设走出自身的困境，需要构筑农村群众民主参与的新平台，让广大农民真正当家作主，打造农村基层民主建设的良性生态，加快农村基层民主样式的创新。

| Abstract: | The construction of socialist new countryside and socialist harmonious society will provide a new historic opportunity for the construction of the village-level democracy. In order to make full use of the opportunity of the construction of the village-level democracy, and to make the construction of the village-level democracy walk out of the dilemma, we need to build the new platform of democratic participation, let the masses of peasants be true masters of their affairs, construct the advanced political ecological environment, and accelerate the innovation of the village-level democratic mechanism. |
