| Abstract: | This paper analyzes on actual contradiction between organizing revenue and administering tax revenue according to law, puts forward solving method to contradiction, points out that administering tax revenue according to law is the foundation and guarantee of organizing revenue, only persisting in administering tax revenue according to law can accomplish task of revenue satisfactorily and promote economic development. |
