| 摘 要： | 师德建设是高校教师队伍最根本的建设，是保证高等教育质量和体现高等教育精神的重要一环。高职院校是我国高等学校的重要组成部分。肩负着培养合格应用型人才的重任。高职院校应把师德建设作为自身改革与发展、加强思想政治工作的一项重要内容来抓实抓好，建立起师德建设的长效机制，不断提升广大教师的师德水平，为社会培养更多更优秀的专业技术人才。
