我国土地资源可持续利用的路径

我国的基本国情是"人口多、耕地少",土地资源总量大,但人均占用土地少,人均占用耕地就更少.随着当前和今后一段时间,我国陆续进入城镇化、工业化加速发展时期和人口高峰期,土地资源将变得更为紧缺,人地矛盾也将更为尖锐.本文旨在从当前我国土地资源的内涵、现状、特征分析出发,剖析我国土地资源保护的意义,进而提出土地资源可持续利用的建议措施,更好地促进土地资源与经济社会发展的同步和谐.

The Path to the Sustainable Utilization of Land Resources in Our Country

in our country is the basic conditions of large population, less arable land, land resources total quantity is large, but less occupation of land per capita, per capita cultivated land less. As the current and future a period of time, our country gradually entered the urbanization, industrialization accelerating period and population boom, will become more shortage of land resources, also will be more sharp contradiction between human and land. The purpose of this paper is to from the current analysis of the connotation, the present situation, the characteristics of land resources, analyzes the meaning of the protection of land resources in our country, and then suggest the sustainable utilization of land resources, to promote better land resources and harmonious economic and social development of the synchronization.
