往复式开关磁阻直线电机的效率最大化控制

摘    要:为了提高直线压缩机的效率,在对一台往复式开关磁阻直线电机驱动的直线压缩机进行运动特性分析、损耗(尤其是铁耗)分析以及驱动参数测试的基础上,提出了一种以黄金分割算法为重要组成的电机效率最大化综合控制策略.该控制策略具有不依赖系统的模型和参数、简单易于实现等优点,尤其适用对参数变化和模型复杂难以确定的非线性系统进行控制.该控制策略不仅能对电机的行程和平衡位置进行控制,而且能在线快速搜索最大效率工作点,进而提高电机的运行效率.实验结果表明了该控制策略是正确且有效的.

Abstract:The mechanical motion characteristics of a system,including a unidirectional-force reciprocating linear switched reluctance motor and a compressor,are analyzed,the loss of the motor affecting efficiency is evaluated,and the driving variables are measured,a maximum efficiency control strategy is proposed.The strategy with an important component of golden section search is endowed with the advantages of simplicity,independence upon the system parameters and models and easy on-line search,to control both the stroke and equilibrium position and improve the motor efficiency.The experimental results verify the correctness and effectiveness.
