非物质文化遗产传承人研究

传承人是非物质文化遗产的创造者与传承者,传承人的选拔将直接关系到非物质文化遗产的永续传承。在非物质文化遗产传承中要避免用"保护主体"取代"传承主体"。各级政府部门、学界、商界、新闻媒体等非物质文化遗产保护主体的主要职责是利用自己的行政、学术、资金、传播等优势,在政策、法律、学术以及资金等层面,扶持和保护非物质文化遗产及其传承人。制定正确的政策是调动民间社会保护非物质文化遗产积极性的关键所在,其核心思想是建立一套切实可行的激励机制,激发民间社会的积极性。

On Inheritors of Intangible Cultural Heritage

Inheritors are the creators and successors of Intangible Cultural Heritage,whose selection directly influences the sustainable heritage and development of the non-material cultural heritage.Therefore,the Inheritance Body should not be replaced by the Protection Body in passing down the intangible cultural heritage.The roles and responsibilities of the Protection Body at varied levels of government,academia,business and media are to use one own administrative,academic,financial and communication and other advantages to support and protect the Intangible Cultural Heritage and its successors in politics,legislation,academics,finance and other fields.Enabling policies is fundamental in mobilizing the civil enthusiasm,energy and resources for intangible cultural heritage protection,and the vital part is to establish a feasible and practical incentive mechanism to stimulate the extensive and intensive enthusiasm of the citizens.
