改性Co-ZSM-5分子筛的催化性能研究

摘    要:制备了硅、磷、硼改性的Co-ZSM-5分子筛催化剂,考察了样品上的催化反应性能,其中负载量为1.0wt./%的硼改性Co-ZSM-5分子筛样品表现出最佳乙烷氨氧化反应性能。结合表征结果认为,处于分子筛通道内的α型Co2+离子是乙烷氨氧化反应的主要活性中心。

Abstract:Various Co-ZSM-5 zeolites which are modified by Si,P and B were prepared and the catalytic performance of ethane ammoxidation was investigated.The results showed that the Co-ZSM-5 zeolite with the 1.0 wt.% B loading has better catalytic performance for ethane ammoxidation.Combining the results of physical and chemical characterization,it is supposed that the α-type Co2+ is the main activity center for ethane ammoxidation.
