构建和谐社会应首先破解“三农”问题

农民、农村、农业问题是典型的中国特色之一。由于各种各样的复杂原因,“三农”问题长期存在,而且未得到有效解决,并不断积累、纠结、变形,有可能发展成为重大的社会政治、经济问题,进而影响到和谐社会的构建。对当前“三农”问题的表现及形成的主要原因进行了系统的分析,并提出了破解对策。

Building the Harmonious Society should Solve the Problems of the Farmers, Countries and Farming

The problems of the farmers,country and farming are one of the typical features of China.Because of various complicated causes,the problems of the farmers,country and farming exist for a long period,and instead of being solved effectively,these problems,which are continuously accumulated,interleaved and distorted,probably develop into some heavy social,political and economic problems and further influence the construction of the harmonious society.This paper makes systematical analysis on the repressions of these problems and their main causes,and puts forward some corresponding solving countermeasures.
