| 摘 要： | 加强教学秘书队伍建设,对于提高高校教学管理水平和教学质量都具有重要的现实意义。通过对福建省三所新建本科院校教学秘书队伍现状的调查,指出了教学秘书队伍建设中存在的问题,进而分析其原因,提出解决的对策。

| Abstract: | It is important and significant to strengthen the construction of teaching secretary team so as to improve the teaching management and teaching quality in colleges.This paper points out,through an investigation on the status of the teaching secretaries in three newly-upgraded universities in Fujian,the existing problems concerning the construction of teaching secretaries,analyzes the reasons concerned and proposes some solutions. |
