蚯蚓(Eisenia foetida)学习行为的研究

摘    要:通过蚯蚓识别迷宫的试-错学习行为,研究了迷宫难度与其记忆保持时间的关系.实验设计了三种不同难度的迷宫,训练三组蚯蚓识别正确出口.待其学会爬迷宫后,隔一段时间,再测试其能否保持识别出口的能力,进而总结出难度系数与记忆维持时间的关系.结果表明,蚯蚓的学习能力与迷宫的难度系数成反比,迷宫越难,需要的训练次数就越多.

Abstract:The learning behaviour of earthworm was studied using labyrinth with differently difficult coefficients Three different labyrinths were designed for the experiment. The earthworms were trained to recognize the correct aim of the labyrinth. The trainings were quitted soon after the subjects recognized the aims. 72 hrs later, the animals were tested again to see if they still remembered the correct arms. The results indicated that the memory maintenance time and the difficult coeffient of the labyrinth is in inverse ratio, namely, the higher the difficult coeffient of the labyrinth is, the more training time needs.
