| 摘 要： | 用微波消解大黄后，采用美国利曼公司生产的PS-Ⅰ型中阶梯光栅光谱仪测定了大黄中的常量及微量元素．结果表明，其RSD为1．99％～5．93％，回收率为92％～105％。

| Abstract: | After rhubarb were digested with microwave,the contents of constant and trace elements in it were determined by ICP/Echelle spectrometer(American Leeman labs).The relative standard deviation of this measurement was 1.99%~5.93%,the rate of recovery of samples was 92%~105%. |
