| 摘 要： | 我国农村公共产品供给存在许多问题。长期以来,对农村公共产品供给问题的研究缺乏创新。“交易成本”和“集体行动的逻辑”这两个分析工具可以很好地解释农村公共产品供给中出现的问题。降低交易成本,提高自愿性集体行动的可组织程度,是完善农村公共产品供给体制的根本途径。

| Abstract: | Many problems exit in the provision of rural public goods.However,new researches can not be found in existing articles.Two analytical tools,which are "transaction cost" and "the logic of collective action",can explore the problems very well.The foundational way to complete the mechanism of providing rural public goods is to decrease transaction cost and increase organizational degree of voluntary collective action. |
