镁砂粉水基触变涂料性能研究及应用

摘    要:
高锰钢铸件在采用锆英粉涂料时,表面粘砂严重,并且粗糙,我们针对此种情况,研制了镁砂粉水基触变涂料,其综合性能指标可与英国Foseco公司生产的Hlocote 110号涂料性能相似。沈阳水泥机械厂采用该种涂料生产磨机衬板等多种高锰钢铸件,并从2.77吨铸件质量统计结果表明:铸件表面粗糙度可由原来的2级提到现在的4级(厂标),国家标准达GB(Ra)=12.5/μm,质量明显提高,消除了铸件粘砂缺陷,废品率降低为1.16%。

Abstract:
Abstract High manganese steel casting is liable to burn - on , and its surface quplity is poor. The magnesite - bearing water - base thixotropec coating we developed is similar to that of Hoi-cote 110 type in properties, which was prepared by Foseco Company of Britain. With this kind of coating in casting production, the burnt - on sand defect of casting is eliminated, the surface roughness is as low as GB(Ra) = 12.5um, and the reject rate is reduced.
