| 摘 要： | 笔者根据本校图书馆十年发展的实际,国际信息革命浪潮的影响,科教兴国的战略方针以及国家教委在高校中实施“211工程”的要求,认为本校图书馆具有较好的发展机遇,并提出了本校图书馆建设目标与发展战略的建设性意见.

| Abstract: | According to the practial conditions of our library in the past ten years, the influence of the international information revolution wave, the strategic ploicy of developing China through science & education, and the requirements of "211 Project" carried out a-mong, institutions of higher learning by the National Education Committee, the author thinks our library has a better opportunity for development. What's more, the present author puts forward some suggestions on the constructive goal and development strategy of our library. |
