大型舵叶锥孔加工工艺设计

摘    要:由于零件的特殊性,大型舵叶锥孔的加工难度大,加工成本高,已成为船舶机加工的重点和难点.为有效解决这一重要技术难题,以16万吨油轮舵叶锥孔为例,进行工艺设计.首先,介绍零件的加工技术要求;其次,提出大型舵叶的总体加工方案,然后介绍大型舵叶锥孔的加工方法;最后提出大型舵叶锥孔加工专机的设计方案.

Abstract:Because of specific shape of large-scale rudder blader~s cone holes, it is extremely difficult to machine these holes. In addition, the cost was high. Hence, the machining of cone holes has been a crucial problem in mechanical manufacturing. To solve this baffling technical problem, a technical design is carried out for the cone holes of 160 000 t tankerg rudder blade. First, the technical requirements are analysed. Then the overall machining plan is proposed and the processing method is demonstrated. Finally the machine tool specialized in machining the rudder bladeg cone holes is elucidated.
