| 摘 要： | 以国有企业为例,我国企业资本结构不合理,影响了盈利能力或增大了财务风险。从确定相对合理的资本结构出发,开拓内源融资渠道,扩大股权比例,实施兼并重组、组建企业集团,能优化和调整企业资本结构。

| Abstract: | The state-owned enterprise,for example,shows that there is unmatched capital structure,which has an effect on its benefit and increases its financial risk.The optimization and adjustment of capital structure of enterprise can be realized through opening up an inner financing channel,enlarging the ratio of stock ownership,annexing enterprises,and establishing enterprise group. |
