| Abstract: | In this paper we mainly introduces the ozone and it's Application domain,and a few kinds methods of generating ozone.The method generating ozone by Dielectric Barrier Discharge(DBD) and the present stituation and the development tendency of ozone generation technology by DBD in foreign countries are introduced in this paper. |
