高校食堂科学发展路径初探

高校后勤社会化改革在全国铺开，作为后勤重要部分的食堂也进行了社会化、企业化改革。经过近十年的发展，高校食堂在基础设施方面有了巨大的发展，但高校食堂的企业化、社会化却没有达到预期目标。根据我国的实际情况，探索一条符合我国国情的高校食堂的科学发展之路，实现高校食堂的科学发展，是高校当前应当解决的问题。
