论万宁市海岸带资源与环境一体化管理

随着经济的快速发展,人类的生产方式正发生显著变化,人类正大规模地进行海水养殖、旅游资源开发、开采海滨钛矿,随之而来的生态环境问题日益突出.海南省万宁市海岸带资源开发较早,水产养殖开发程度居全省最高,长期无序的开发利用海岸带资源,加上无防污措施,加剧了土地退化进程,使该带环境问题更加突出.本文将万宁市海岸资源开发过程中出现的问题进行初步分析探讨,并提出今后该海岸带资源与环境管理的对策.

INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT OF COASTAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT IN WANNING CITY

With the rapid economic development,modes of production are remarkably changing.However,large-scale aquaculture,tourism development and titanium mining in the coastal area pose a threat to the natural environment.Wanning city started coastal aquaculture very early in Hainan,and it ranks first in the industry in the province now.But its long-term,uncontrolled expansion of coastal aquaculture has caused a serious environmental degradation in the coastal area.A preliminary analysis is made on the situation,and some proposals to improve management of the coastal environment and resources are provided in the paper.
