摘    要:以丙烯酸(AA)与丙烯酸-β-羟基乙酯(HEA)为原料,经酯化反应合成出了二丙烯酸乙二醇酯(EGDA)。以EGDA得率为考核指标,对催化剂种类及用量、阻聚剂种类及用量等合成条件进行了实验研究与优化,发现对于该反应,环己烷是比苯更优的带水剂,反应宜采用减压降温的方法抑制聚合的发生。对比分析表明,采用该方法制备EGDA的得率比直接酯化法、酯交换法更高,且产品的品质更好。

Abstract:Ethylene glycol diacrylate(EGDA) is synthesized with acrylic acid(AA) and 2-Hydroxyethyl acryl ate(HEA).The type and amount of catalyst and inhibitor and other reaction conditions are optimizedly studied according to EGDA production rate.The result illustrates that cyclohexane is a better aqua than benzene for the reaction.Reduced pressure and temperature should be applied to restrain the polymerization.The contrast analysis shows that the production rate of EGDA with the method is much higher than that of ...
