钛对稀土镁合金蠕化范围的影响研究

摘    要:蠕化剂的蠕化范围是衡量获得蠕墨铸铁难易程度的一项重要指标。普通稀土镁合金蠕化剂的蠕化范围较窄,使其难于稳定获得蠕墨铸铁,阻碍了蠕墨铸铁在生产上的推广应用。本文通过大量的试验研究,得出了钛可以扩大稀土镁合金蠕化剂的蠕化范围的结论,从而为蠕墨铸铁的推广应用开拓了广阔的途径。

Abstract:The compacted graphites range of the alloy is an important index to indicate whether it is easy or not to make the compacted graphites cast iron. The compacted graphites range of RE-Mg alloy is so narrow that it is not steady to make the compacted graphites cast iron, and so it hinders (com acted graphites cast iron) from popularization and applica -tion. In this paper a lot of the experimental results show. Ti can extend the compacted graphites range of RE-Mg alloy. The compacted graphites cast iron will be widely applied.
