亚硫酸氢钠对泥鳅红细胞微核和核变形的诱导

摘    要:以亚硫酸氢钠作为诱变剂,研究其不同浓度和染毒时间对泥鳅红细胞的损伤,结果发现:亚硫酸氢钠对泥鳅红细胞的损伤主要表现为微核率、核变形率和双核细胞率增高,细胞正常的分裂被干扰.在一定范围内,随着亚硫酸氢钠浓度的加大和染毒时间的延长,微核及核变形率增高,达到最高值后,反而开始随着浓度的继续加大,处理时间的继续延长,开始下降.诱发的微核率与核变形率和对照相比达到显著或极显著差异水平.此外,还探讨了微核的形成途径和亚硫酸氨钠对泥鳅红细胞染色体损伤的机理.

Induction of Micronucleus and Nuclear Anomalies in Erythrocytes of Misgurnus anguillicadatus by NaHSO3

Abstract:Taked the mutagen by NaHSO3, studied its different concentration and the contamination time to Misgurnus anguillicadatus erythrocytes damage. The results showed that the forms of damage were micronucleus rate and nuclear anomalies rate and double nuclear rate advanced and cell normal fission disturbance medicinal preparation was reflected by NaHSO3. In the certain scope, along with NaHSO3 concentration enlarging with contamination time lengthening, the micronucleus rate and nuclear anomalies rate advanced, after achieved the maximum, instead starts along with the concentration continuation to enlarge, the process time and continuation lengthens, the micronucleus rate and nuclear anomalies rate started to drop. Induced the micronucleus rate compared with nuclear anomalies rate and the comparison achieves remarkable or the extremely remarkable difference level. But also had discussed the micronucleus formation way and NaHSO3 to the Misgurnus anguillicadatus erythrocytes chromosome damage mechanism.
