摘    要:通过优化齿轮的变位系数,降低齿轮传动的啮入冲击,达到降低齿轮传动的噪声的目的.文章推导了啮入冲击力和啮入冲击冲量的表达式,给出了啮入冲击点的确定方法,详细计算了基节误差对优化变位系数的影响.对比试验表明,对8级精度齿轮,取最大基节误差得出的变位系数,对降低传动噪声有较好的效果,最好可降低7dB.

Abstract:Gear transmission noise is decreased by optimizing the addendum modification coefficient of opinion with reducing gear approach impact.The expressions of approach impact force and approach impact impulse are deduced,the method of determining approach impact point and its location is introduced,and the errors of the base pitch of the gear affects the optimization of the addendum modification coefficient is detaledly calculated.Contrastive tests show that,for gears of precision grade 8,the transmission noise is decreased,and the best is 7dB when the addendum modification coefficient is obtained with the maximal error of base pitch.
