| 摘 要： | 由于海洋渔业资源的共有品属性,海洋资源的过度开发、资源浪费现象越来越严重.有效实施的产权制度被认为是消除以上不合理开发的有效手段之一.结合数学生物经济学与博弈论知识,分别从资源利用的合理性、捕捞努力度以及可持续收益等方面论证产权责任制的合理性. |

| Abstract: | Owning to the shared quality of marine fishery resources,overexploitation of them has been worsening the serious situation of waste.Effective the property policy is considered to be one of the means to dispel the above unreasonable expoitation.From the perspectives of the rationality of using resources,fishing effort and sustainable profit,this paper combines mathematical biological economics and game theory knowledge to prove the reasonableness of property right responsibility system. |
