直流电机同步控制系统设计

摘    要:采用AVR单片机作为系统的控制核心,用带有转速信号输出的直流电机作为受控电机,形成闭环控制,实时地对电机进行转速采集并计算偏差,用PID算法计算控制量,控制量用PWM的方法驱动从动电机,使从动电机实现同步控制.通过反复调试,证明该系统方案、电路和程序的设计是正确的,并整定了较好的控制参数.在没有轮系等机械传动装置的情况下,实现了两轴转速的高稳态精度同步控制.

Abstract:Using AVR microcontroller as control center of the system,and the DC motor with speed signal output as controlled motor,closed - coop control is formed,the speed of master motor and slave motor in real - time is obtained and the deviation between them is calculated,using PID algorithm to calculate the control variable which drives the slave motor by the method of PWM,the speed of slave motor following the master motor is ensured. Through repeating debugging,the validity of the system scheme,circuit and program design can be verified, and better parameter are realized.The high steady state accuracy synchronous control of the speed of two axis without the mechanical devices such as gear train can be achieved.
