车载1.2m天线抗振分析

摘    要:针对车载通信设备运输环境的恶劣性,应用MSC Patran和Nastran软件对安装在车辆顶部的1.2m天线进行了抗振动的分析计算。根据计算结果选取了合适的隔振器。并通过进一步仿真分析,对天线结构强度进行校核。结果表明,通过对车载通信设备进行抗振分析计算,并采取有效的抗振措施,能够确保设备在车辆行驶复杂力学环境下的可靠性。

Abstract:Based on the rugged transportation conditions of the communications equipment used on vehicle,this article analyses and calculates the anti-vibration capacity of the 1.2meter diameter antenna installed on vehicle.Based on the result,isolation vibration instruments are chosed.And then the stress of the antenna structure is checked in more analysis.The result shows that through the anti-vibration designing and analysis of the communication equipment,as well as affective measures taken about the anti-vibration,the reliability of equipment of the vehicle driving under complicated mechanical environment can be guaranteed.
