| Abstract: | Based on "85" majorsoft science project for Fujian province, Science and Technology, Economics, Society coordinate devolopment model and Systematic analysis and according to practical conditions, quantitative relation among the science and technology indexes is set up,with core of rate of technical progress. In order to forecast and control district technical progress and their contribution to economic growth, an idea is proposed. |
