移民及城镇迁建的环境影响分析

战争、自然灾害以及大规模工程建设（水库、道路、采矿等），往往可能导致非自愿型的城镇还建和移民安置，尤其是中、小城镇，这将对其原址和新址周围的生态环境、社会经济产生一系列复杂而深远的影响。本文以长江三峡水库和红水河龙滩水库为例，讨论城镇迁建环境影响的分类和特点，为评价和控制环境影响提供依据。这对金沙江下游一系列水利工程及三峡工程的兴建有重要的参考价值。

ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ANALYSIS OF MIGRANT AND CITIES AND TOWNS' MOVE

Thiswill lead to a series of complicated and far-reaching impact about the ecological environment and socialeconomy of old and new cities and towns. According to the material of Three Gorges reserivior and HongShut River Longtan reservior, the characteristics and classifications of environmental impact of cities andtowns move are inqured in this thesis. It can provide the scientific basis for assessment and control ofenvironmental impact. It has the important reference value for the building of Three Gorges Engineering andthe other water conservancy engineering.
