摘    要:简要介绍了绿色材料的概念和发展状况.针对兰州市普通混凝土发展现状,分析了普通混凝土配合比的不足,提出了兰州市普通混凝土绿色高性能化的途径,总结了粉煤灰在混凝土中的作用.通过粉煤灰掺量对混凝土性能的影响和混凝土的约束收缩实验研究,优化了粉煤灰混凝土的配合比,并应用于生产.研究结果表明:粉煤灰混凝土具有优越的性能,正是由于粉煤灰混凝土的优越性才能使其成为绿色高性能混凝土;使用兰州本地的原材料可以达到普通混凝土的绿色高性能化.

Abstract:The concept of green material and its development were introduced briefly.Aimed at recent situation of ordinary concrete development in Lanzhou,the incompleteness of ordinary concrete formula was analyzed and the way of its modification was also proposed to make it green one with high performance.The function of coal cinder in the concrete was summarized.By means of experimental investigation of the influence of coal cinder addition amount on the performance of concrete and the restrained shrinkage of concrete,the compositional ratio of coal cinder to concrete was optimized and the formula obtained was applied to the production.Finally,it was concluded that the concrete with coal cinder possessed superior performance,so that it has become a kind of green and high-performance concrete,making green and high-performance concrete of the ordinary concrete of Lanzhou local raw materials.
